Description

Supply Chain Specialist - Pharma vacancy for a globally operating Neuchatel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:
  • Generating and maintaining the Master Production Schedule across all manufacturing steps to meet market needs and manufacturing constraints
  • Coordinating with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and sales teams to resolve supply bottlenecks and prioritize product releases
  • Updating planning parameters in ERP and APS systems to ensure accurate monthly planning results
  • Supporting product launches, lifecycle management, and market expansion through project participation
  • Monitoring inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and resolve issues with excess, slow-moving, or obsolete products
  • Tracking execution against supply plans and resolve deviations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Your experience/knowledge:
  • 3+ years of experience in production or supply chain planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and experience with ERP/APS systems.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining detailed production plan for different manufacturing process steps while balancing plant capacity, efficiency, shipment, and logistics.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Coordinates bulk/final product shipments to other facilities, CMO (s), and/or to defined warehouse(s).
  • Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken
