We are looking for a Support Business Analyst to join our clients Application Support Team The role requires strong L2 service operations experience, particularly in infrastructure operations, user management, and incident management. Type: 6 months contract (possible extension)
Language: Portuguese & English
Serve as part of the squad to deliver positive customer satisfaction across incident management and user management tasks.
Analyse and document support processes, data flows, and system interactions, contributing to a Knowledge Base.
Triage, reproduce, and classify incidents with direct end-user interaction.
Manage access and user administration tasks.
Consume and understand complex systems and dependencies, using support documentation, logs, and monitoring to resolve issues.
Collaborate with engineers, testers, and other team members to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
RequirementsMinimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in an IT/technical environment.
Proven L2 service operations experience.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems.
Prior or current experience in testing is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Contract DetailsDuration: 6 months (with potential extension based on performance).
Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
Hybrid model: Onsite 1 day per week.
Languages: Portuguese & English required.
