Your Tasks
- Manage and further develop customer systems
- Install and manage IT solutions using the following technologies:
- Microsoft Windows (Server/Client)
- Microsoft 365
- VDI systems (Citrix/Horizon/RDS)
- Sophos Firewall
- Perform maintenance tasks
- Support the Service Desk with persistent issues (3rd level support)
- Collaborate on IT projects
What You Bring
- Several years of experience in system engineering
- Strong analytical skills
- Expertise in the mentioned technologies
- Motivation for personal and professional development
- High level of self-organization
- Empathy and a respectful attitude toward colleagues and customers
- Excellent German and English skills
