We are currently seeking an experienced Team Lead – Reorganization & CSI Oversight to join a global technology services environment. In this role, you will lead storage reorganization and eDiscovery activities while driving continuous service improvement and ensuring operational excellence across enterprise file services.

Role: Location: Romania (Cluj / Bucharest)
Work Model: Remote initially – potential hybrid later
Contract: 6 months Contract-to-Hire
Languages: German C1 + English required
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate storage reorganization and eDiscovery activities
Oversee operational teams and ensure service delivery standards
Drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including incident, change, and request management
Prepare operational reports, metrics, and service performance analysis
Manage stakeholder communication and service escalations
Ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements
Required Skills
Strong experience in Windows File Services environments
Experience managing reorganization and eDiscovery activities
Knowledge of ITIL service management frameworks
Experience leading technical or operational teams
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Language Requirements
German – C1 (mandatory)
English – professional proficiency
