Locations: #Geneva #Switzerland
Experience: 5+ Years
Role: Permanent (Tech Mahindra)
Job Type: #Hybrid (3 Days onsite. 2 Days Remote)
Language: French Fluent. EU Nationals only
JD:
At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst in the field of banking IT, excellent knowledge of the business and environment of wealth management.
Experience on banking compliance projects.
Knowledge of the customer data model: an asset.
Experience on 60% hands on BA, 40% Maintenance of Pythagoras Solutions.
Excellent ability to organize and effectively lead sessions, workshops, and deal with often complex subjects with participants with very varied profiles.
Knowledge and practice of the Agile methodology (Scrum): an asset.
Analytical and conceptual mind, problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills, good resistance to stress and the ability to manage priorities as well as solve problems.
Autonomous and rigorous.
Team spirit.
Mastery of SQL query languages, as well as database access tools.
Very good oral and written command of French and English: essential.
Very good command of the Pythagoras solution: essential
Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Mastery of the Atlassian suite: an asset.
Responsibilities
Carry out functional analysis activities, within the framework of the various evolution and maintenance projects under the responsibility of the Compliance Domain
Collect and study the needs expressed by the business lines concerned.
Analysis and integration of third-party tools, coordination with external suppliers.
Carry out analyses in order to integrate the new solutions into the existing information system and, where appropriate, specify the desired developments.
Write and communicate functional specifications iteratively according to the Agile methodology.
Define and document functional test cases to validate the proposed solutions.
Conduct acceptance and non-regression tests (FAT). Provide the necessary assistance to the Business Lines during their tests (UAT) and in their Change Management activity; and thus enable the delivery of the solution.
Take charge, document and analyze production incidents or user support requests requiring the business expertise of a Business Analyst.
