Technical Lead
Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires a Service Cloud Technical Lead to be based in their client's office in London, UK.
You may be able to work somedays remotely.
This is a 6-Month temporary contract to start ASAP.
Day rate: Competitative Market rate
Key Responsibilities
- Attend the technical workshops with business and technical team
- Provide solution and design for the business use case
- Build and implement the use case
- Support for production issues
- Setup the platform and manage
- Set the platform up, test data flows, connectors etc.
Key Requirements
- Salesforce Service cloud - Primary
- Heroku, DMP and Datorama - Secondary
- Agile & SAFe Working experience
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience on Salesforce Service cloud.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce lightning development & configuration
- Experience in design and development Service Cloud and Chatbot
- Good in creating Dialog, Submenu and Dialog group for chatbot
- Good in managing profiles, roles, permission set as administrative.
- Experience in handling business and IT customers
- Exposure to GitLab & GitHub
- Experience in Agile Methodology
- Good communication skills
- Strong experience handling customers.
- Collaborate with teams at various locations.
