Technical Trainer
In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver online technical training programs and certifications for our employees, customers, and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Create and deliver effective technical training programs on topics such as software applications, programming languages, IT infrastructure, and specialized tools.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather accurate technical content.
Develop comprehensive training materials, including storyboards, presentations, handouts, and online resources.
Work with E-learning designers to produce engaging E-learning content, including interactive modules, videos, assessments, and simulations.
Apply instructional design principles to organize content in a learner-centric manner.
Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different audiences.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials through feedback surveys and assessments, and make improvements as needed.
Stay current with industry trends in technology and E-learning methods/tools.
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Experience as a Technical Trainer, delivering effective technical training for enterprise-level products and solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts both verbally and in writing.
Passion for education and professional development.
Near-native or native-level proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Optional Skills:
Experience with rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise or Adobe Captivate.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
Experience developing training for cloud solutions.
