Test/Verification Engineer - Space/Satellite Communications, Scripting/Automation, Ground stations
Long-term fully remote freelance opportunity for a Test/Verification Engineer to join our leading client in the space/satellite telecommunications industry. The engineer will support a new project focused on delivering testing solutions for an Optical Ground Station (OGS) network testbed, enabling ground station developers to connect and prototype aspects of optical and quantum communications networks.
To be successful in this position, you must have experience with:
- Experience in the Space/Satellite communication industry
- Experience with automation and Scripting
- Experience writing and communicating testing plans and reports
- Proven experience as a Test/Verification/Validation Engineer in this field
- Must hold EU27 nationality
This is a remote opportunity with occasional visits onsite in Belgium.
Any experience working in the EU institution/Government industry would also be beneficial, but not essential.
