Job Title: Train Manager
Location: La Rochelle, France

Purpose of the Job:
Ensure adequate train preparation and availability during test phases.
Manage proper EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) during heavy rolling stock testing.
Oversee the execution of rolling stock tests.
Reporting Structure:
Hierarchical Reporting: Site T&C Director
Functional Reporting: PrTCM and Test Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the PrTCM during validation and certification tests.
Prepare test implementation, including staffing, tools, and spare parts.
Check the train's ability to complete tests.
Organize and reserve track slots.
Conduct tests and provide instructions to the driver.
Produce failure reports and test books.
Coordinate onboard actors and ensure overall safety.
Manage the First Aid Box and emergency protocols.
Ensure proper configuration management of the test train set.
Specific Responsibilities Based on Test Locations:
Rolling Stock Sites: Oversee test implementation, coordinate with the Serial Test Manager, and ensure safety.
Private Test Centers: Coordinate with the Test Manager and Railway Test Centre, manage test slots, and ensure safety.
Public Infrastructure: Coordinate with the Testing Body, manage test implementation, and ensure safety.
Skills & Experience:
Experienced Test or Certification/Validation Technician.
Structured and organized approach.
Strong coordination skills and decision-making ability.
