Trainer - London Market Insurance

We are seeking a Contract Associate to join William Alexander Consulting who require a London Market Trainer for one of their fast growing Insure-Tech clients.

This is a great opportunity to work in a friendly and fast-paced environment with a focus on productivity and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide London Market insurance training to new and existing staff
  • Provide technical onboarding to new support staff
  • Maintain and update training material
  • Facilitate classroom and virtual sessions
  • Design BAU training materials

Requirements:

  • London Market insurance knowledge
  • Understanding of the end-to-end LM insurance cycle
  • Experienced in training on technical systems and processes
  • Experienced facilitator comfortable in both classroom and virtual environments
  • Designed training and supporting materials for end users in London Insurance market
  • Understanding of technology and emerging tools
  • LM1 and LM2 would be advantageous

This is on initial 6-month contract position onsite 3 days with the end client in their London offices paying up to £325 per day outside IR35.
