Transformation Specialist - Global Markets Platform (Rates Product Focus)
Contract Position - EUR (negotiable)
Location - Madrid (must be fluent in Spanish)
Our client is seeking a flexible and adaptive professional to join the team responsible for the transformation of the Global Markets Platform. The ideal candidate will bring a modern and disruptive mindset to the transformation of Front Office businesses, with a strong focus on Rates products. This role requires a deep understanding of negotiation, pricing, and the full product value chain, as well as the ability to lead process and technology improvements in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Experience
- Degree educated
- Experience with digital transformation tools and platforms in financial markets.
- Proven experience in transformation, process improvement, product management or project management within Global Markets, with a strong background in Rates products.
- Fluent in Spanish (essential), with strong written and spoken English.
- Deep understanding of trading, sales, and pricing processes in Global Markets, particularly in Rates.
- Familiarity with the full product value chain and end-to-end process optimization.
