I'm seeking a full-time Train Manager in La Rochelle, France. This role is pivotal in ensuring our trains are test-ready, managing EHS during heavy Rolling Stock testing, and overseeing test execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing trains and managing test implementation
- Conducting tests and providing driver instructions
- Documenting failures and generating test reports
- Ensuring safety and enforcing EHS regulations
You will be representing PrTCM during tests, coordinating with various internal teams including the Test team, PrTCM, and the Serial Test Manager. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with external parties such as customers and suppliers.
Critical Aspects: The most crucial aspects of this role are ensuring train preparation and conducting tests with precise instructions to the driver.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have substantial experience as a Test or Certification/Validation Technician. A structured and organized approach, coupled with strong decision-making and coordination skills, are vital. Experience in EHS management and test coordination would be beneficial.
Language: Fluency in French is required.
Contract Duration: 12 months.
