Job Title: UKG Consultant - Time Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Consultant with a specialisation in Time Management solutions to join our growing consultancy team. You will work closely with clients across a variety of industries to deliver expert-level UKG Workforce Management implementations, optimisations, and support - with a strong focus on timekeeping, scheduling, and compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage UKG Time Management implementations and upgrades.

Analyse client requirements and configure UKG solutions accordingly.

Provide expertise in areas such as timekeeping, accruals, scheduling, attendance, and compliance tracking.

Work with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration with payroll and HR systems.

Train client teams and provide ongoing support post-deployment.

Act as a subject matter expert on UKG's time solutions and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a UKG (Kronos) Consultant, specifically in Time Management modules (eg, Workforce Central, Workforce Dimensions, UKG Pro WFM).

Strong understanding of workforce time tracking, scheduling, and labour compliance requirements.

Experience with system configuration, data mapping, and interface/integration management.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote or hybrid team.

UKG certification(s) desirable but not essential.
