Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance user experiences for HR-related services and applications.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate and validate design concepts.
- Iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in the service design domain.
- Strong expertise in user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using industry-standard tools (eg, Sketch, Figma, InVision).
- Solid understanding of design thinking principles and an ability to translate user needs into innovative design solutions.
