Description
A global technology and consulting organization is seeking a Vice President – Head of Operations to lead and manage end-to-end investment operations for a key financial services portfolio.
This position requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with deep experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Asset Management, capable of managing large-scale delivery operations, complex client programs, and P&L responsibilities exceeding USD 30–50 million.

Key Responsibilities
Lead operational strategy, execution, and P&L ownership for global investment operations.
Manage large-scale delivery teams (500+ members) across multiple regions.
Oversee trade lifecycle management, reconciliations, settlements, and fund accounting functions.
Drive process transformation, automation, and scalability initiatives.
Serve as the primary operational liaison for large institutional clients in the investment management space.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations (SEC, FINRA, CFTC) and corporate governance frameworks.
Partner with portfolio management, compliance, risk, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution.
Drive cost optimization and operational excellence across the business unit.
Required Qualifications
20+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Investment Operations, or Asset Management.
Proven P&L management experience ($30M–$50M) and multi-geo operational leadership.
Hands-on delivery management with experience in Trade Lifecycle, Settlements, Corporate Actions, and Reporting.
Strong understanding of systems such as BlackRock Aladdin, Eagle, Geneva, or Bloomberg.
Prior experience supporting Tier-1 financial institutions or institutional asset managers.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive leadership skills.
Education & Certifications
? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (mandatory)
? MBA or CFA preferred
? Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous
