We are hiring a Senior Mainframe Application Developer to join a leading global technology organization supporting enterprise-scale systems in the financial services domain. This role requires strong expertise in COBOL, CICS, and IBM MQ, with a mandatory onsite presence in Wilmington, DE.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on IBM z/OS mainframe systems
Work across COBOL, CICS, DB2, MQ, VSAM, JCL environments
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
Participate in on-call support rotation (including weekends)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments
Ensure adherence to SDLC, CI/CD, resiliency, and security practices
Debug and optimize legacy and modernized mainframe applications
