Slag Door cleaning, Trouble shooting of Operational Problems during Melting, such as Over voltage, Insulating material, Slagpit cleaning, Graphite Electrode Changing, etc and good control over tapping as per melt grade and order requirement.

Achieved Benchmark of 5 heats per Shift on a number of Occasions during my Furnace Shift, with in the specified carbon,Sulphur,Phos and oxygen PPM levels , and satisfactory Temperature levels for Ladle Furnace Engineers and VD/VOD Engineers.
