My last Professional experience was at a multinational Industry company of construction field, called Votorantim Cimentos. Annual revenue R$ 12,9 billion and 15.779 employees in 2014. I had a direct report to the Global CIO. My position was Strategic Projects and Global PMO Manager and I stayed in this company in total of 2 years and 8 months. As Strategic Projects and Global PMO Manager I was responsible for Global Portfolio and for the strategic projects management; I had a team of 3 Project Managers and 1 PMO analyst. Our team was responsible for development and maintenance of best practices for project management, actuation in strategic alignment between board of directors/management/requesters, follow up and prioritization of consultants’ activities from other IT areas (systems and infrastructure), manage acquisitions for projects, providers management.
I also was responsible for relationship management: direct management of internal Project Leaders and indirect of suppliers’ Managers; support for IT teams on defining new solutions, ideas, and processes and its implementation proposal to business areas; actuation in a collaborative way with corporate IT team and use of their resources to complement internal team. 
I also was responsible for knowledge management: collaboration with IT teams and training to enhance concepts of IT KPI´s or PMI/project management; support PMOs in other countries with concepts and materials for training.
And, also responsible for supplier Management: search for new providers as potential partners; follow up on homologation process for suppliers realized between IT and Procurement area.
Main Projects delivered: Mobility for Sales Force Team (12Months, 1,8MM BRL); Multichannel for Customer Relationship Area (8Months, 4,5MM BRL); Concrete Solution integrated with SAP (12Months, 5,6MM BRL); Business Case for Global SAP Implementation in Europe/Asia/Africa (3Months, 500k BRL).
I was at this position from Sep 2013 to Jul 2015 and before, I was Systems Coordinator with Direct report to Brazil’s CIO from Nov 2012 to Aug 2013. As coordinator of application I managed the full Systems team of Cement unit in alignment with strategic guidelines defined between board of directors/management; Alignment with corporate IT team regarding synergy of consultants and projects; Total of 6 internal consultants and plus 4 external dealing with prioritization/understanding of requests, follow up and guidance of activities, project management, solution definition proposal for new ideas and/or new suppliers, RFPs elaboration and replying recommendation. I also was responsible for operation management of Systems pursuing SLA and quality level; contract management; delivery of Project Portfolio. I was accountable for solution offering to business areas (Innovations). Main Projects: New Web Portal for Customers (13 Months, 2MM BRL).
In total I stayed 8 years at Votorantim Group, going thru many of their companies. 
From Fev to Nov 2012, I was Systems Coordinator of Procurement Team at Votorantim Industrial, one of the largest industrial conglomerates of Brazil with multiplatform actuation model. Annual revenue of R$ 28,1 billion and e 44.322 employees in 2014. I had direct report to System Manager.
As Systems Coordinator I was responsible for leading the team for procurement and logistics inbound processes at corporate IT area. Support and offer solutions to comply with requests for all Votorantim units; give operation/helpdesk teams the attention on critical problems solution with high impact to the corporate environment. Team management with direct leadership of 4 consultants directly on corporate projects and matrix management for all consultants allocated in the units. Capacity planning for all team (VC, VM/VE, VS, VID). Main Projects: Business Case for New platform of e-Procurement.
From Jul 2010 to Jan 2012, I was Multifunctional Project Leader in Argentina at Votorantim Siderurgia. Company of Votorantim Group with Steel operations in Brazil, Argentina and Columbia. Annual revenue of R$ 4 billion and 5595 employees in 2014. I had direct report to the Global IT Manager.
In this international experience, I was responsible for demand management at VS in Argentina, acting as focal point for understanding and detailing business requirements, being the main channel for alignment between business owners, Corporate IT and providers. Responsible for searching new technologies or solutions and for the project portfolio management.
I was accountable for delivering projects of enhancements and competitive advantages to business process. Definition and approval of projects with the board of directors; submit quotation to providers. Start-realize-conclude projects.
Main Projects delivered: Electronic Billing (3Months, 50k USD0); Make-To-Order model for Customer Service (4Months, 55K USD), Bar Code collector at shipping point (4Months, 100kUSD).
From Jun to Dec 2009, I was functional Leader - SD at SAP Implementation Project in Votorantim Siderugia Columbia. I was responsible for SD implementation acting as functional leader for all functionalities needed as: sales, pricing, shipping, billing, accounting receivable. 7months of project.
From May 2007 – Jun 2009 I was an IT System consultant at Votorantim focusing international process, agribusiness and Steel Mill.

         Brussels (Jul-Sep/08) – revision of sales process in Votorantim Agribusiness (internal and international markets).
         Austria (Apr/08–Jun/08) – Implementation of FI, CO, AA, PS, SD and MM for the new trading of Votorantim.
         Project of usage maximization of SAP (May/08-Dec/08) – enhancements for all business units of Votorantim Industrial in all modules of SAP ERP and BW.
         Supply Chain Project (Sep/07–Apr/08) – Implementation of BW and MM.
From Nov 2004 to Apr 2007 I was a Functional Consultant – SAP SD working for Deloitte Consulting in São Paulo. 
Goodyear Project (Feb-Apr07) – Implementation of SAP at Goodyear plants in Latin America. 4 months at the project.
Implementation Project of SAP at Tellabs do Brasil (Sep/06-Feb/07) – Roll-out of SAP system for São Paulo’s office. Project Duration: 7 months.
Votorantim Project for SAP implementation (Apr/05 – Aug/06) – Project of SAP implementation (ERP, BW and CRM). 18 months at the project.
TIME AND SPATIAL FLEXIBILITY
I want to work in other countries and also want to apply for a work VISA in Europe or the USA. I have papers to work in Argentina besides Brazil.
