Core banking implementation project, change from legacy systems to a core banking package system. My role was to lead the methodology and quality assurance streams. Lead the program effort estimation, lead the set up of the PMO & plan the quality assurance processes.
 
Accenture – Client: French Investment Bank in Paris (Sept 2015 – Jan 2016)
Role: Lead Strategic Study
Strategic study to identify benefits for a French investment bank following the launch of the ECB platform TARGET2-Securities (T2S). The study also aimed at gathering insight on how European and non-European investment banks and custodians are adapting their strategy following the launch of T2S.
 
Accenture – Client: (I)CSD in Luxembourg (Jan 2015 – Oct 2015)
Role: Project Manager As-Is and Requirements gathering phase (4k MDs)
Lead the functional phase of the Asset Servicing Harmonization project. The project aimed at harmonising the asset servicing model across different group entities in LUX and DE, implementing changes for ISO20022 SWIFT format and incorporating changes for T2S WAVE 1 markets. My role included managing the team in charge of drafting the As-Is of current applications, To-Be system requirements and  functional design, ensure the project requirements were in line with the corporate actions joint working group guidelines (CAJWG) and perform requirement & quality reviews.
 
Accenture – Client: (I)CSD in Luxembourg (July 2012 – Dec 2015)
Role: Functional Lead, Test Lead & Change Request Manager (25k MDs)
Lead functional teams to draft requirements and functional design for a greenfield instruction life cycle and position management application (set to handle 40% of Europe’s settlement volume). My mission started from the system requirement analysis phase and continued throughout the functional design, technical design, build and testing phases. The project covered more than 25k person days with a 30% onshore - 70% offshore ratio. The project was successfully delivered on time and within budget.

Accenture – Client: French Bank in Belgium & Luxembourg (Jun 2010 – Jun 2012)
Role: Stream Lead
Set up and roll out of the decommissioning approach for the integration program. My role included the follow up of budget for the program, preparation of SteerCo meetings, preperation of presentation decks of the program office and preparation of various project workshops.

Euroclear Bank is an international central securities depositories (ICSD). The Euroclear group has CSDs in various European countries. 
 
Team Coordinator Lending & Borrowing (Jan 2009 – May 2010)
In the collateral management team, I had the role of team lead for the lending and borrowing team. I was in charge of preparing the committee for the monthly pricing review, analyse the impact of corporate actions on lent and borrowed positions, act as contact point for the front office, manage buy ins and initiate position recalls on top of regular day to day activities.
 
Settlement Expert BE/NL/FR/UK&I Markets (Aug 2006 – Dec 2008)
My role as settlement expert was to analyze failed transactions and provide guidance to the settlement analysts to help resolve issues, help with review and improvement new settlement procedures and assist to problem solving workshops. This also included increasing settlement efficiency for ESES markets and help to reduce reconciliation efforts. I was the single point of contact for the ESES markets and managed the Euronext CCP activity in the settlement department.
