Konstantin Schäfer has been working as a project manager for more than 20 years. In the last 15 years, he focused especially on projects in the SAP HCM environment. Until 2013 Konstantin Schäfer was Director HR Consulting DACH & EE of a large SAP HCM consulting firm. There he led the business area “Consulting” in the DACH-region and executed several projects on a national as well as on an international level. His focus was on projects in the setting of SAP HCM, BPO, and Shared Service Center.
In 2013, Konstantin Schäfer was trained by SAP in sales and project management of SuccessFactors. This program contained training in sales, pre-sales, and project management. All modules were regarded out of a consulting point of view as well.
Konstantin Schäfer built up an appropriate network of SAP/SuccessFactors consultants and was responsible for the advanced training in the DACH region. He maintains close contact to his colleagues in SAP, SFSF and Cornerstone and advises in pre-sale and concept development.
Further emphasis of his work of recent years were team leadership and project management in the areas “process design”, “change management”, “testing” and “business process outsourcing”.
Due to his work in an international consulting company, Konstantin Schäfer has much experience in international project lead as well. The size of the international projects in recent years had a range of 20 up to 5000 man-days. The range of his clients is from medium businesses up to large international concerns.
