- As a Business Process Analyst or Owning the application for SAP Kernel, Mobile solution, Performance Assurance, integrated with SFDC Appex, EMS & Servicemax Providing expertise support during major incidents/crisis
- Managing problem identification, validation of solution and effectiveness of problem management
- Establishing definition of End-2-End business KPIs and support in the deployment and rollout
- Managing DevOps team for 4 different kernels and accountable to validate critical to quality (CtQ) and ensure IT
