Responsibilities:
* Customized IMG settings for various sales documents: quotations, inquiries, sales
orders, outbound deliveries, billing, invoices, pro-forma invoices, return
processes.
* Configured Special Functionalities: partner functions, and credit management.
* Configured shipping and letter of credit scenarios
* Configured billing with various billing documents types, copy control for sales
documents, output and text determination procedures.
* Configured end-to-end processes for different business scenarios like Domestic
Sales, Exports, Debit/Credit Memo, Sales Returns, and Complaints.
* Participated in initial requirement workshops and prepared business Process
Documentations for SD module.
* Gathering information on specific business process from the core-team members
by conducting workshops.
* Identified the best-fit solutions with the core team members and working on
them accordingly on different phases of implementation.
* Provided the required FS for developing the custom reports on pending sales
orders reports, credit summary report and output forms
* Provided user training on procedures and assistance in developing user Training
manuals and planning the training sessions both for SD module.
* Helped in Customer master/ Condition record reconciliation, then it is cleansed
and migrated to SAP through LSMW tool.
* Involved in Post Go-live support and resolving the day-to-day issues on priority
basis.
