C-Suite Governance:  Develop and oversee governance framework for requesting, prioritizing and selecting projects/programs in alignment with overall strategy, resource constraints and budget process. Organize and run Executive Steering Committee Meetings with Business Unit leaders and Global Leadership Meetings with a C- Level audience.
Strategic Planning:  Provide options and recommendation to C-Level/ Executive Management on overall strategy, key company initiatives as well as project portfolio and roadmap planning and their strategic alignment to company objectives and goals: supported by data on benefit, budget, resource and ROI planning.
Executive Management: KPI-based execution monitoring and reporting: provide Executive level management reporting (updates on key initiatives, risk mitigation, etc.) customized and suited for a senior audience.
Agile PMO growth: Assess PMO maturity (using a PMO Maturity Matrix Model): current vs desired- map out path of getting to the desired end state, develop and implement a customized project management methodology/tool, strategic and agile expansion of the PMO with the right skill-set needed for the environment.
