I strongly believe that my almost 20 years experience in Coal trading and operations will allow me to perform duly the various objectives in the area of the commodities trading, analytics and consultation. I used to successfully coordinate team of international traders and offices working daily on sales of 32 million ton of coal per annum at my previous job. I was personally responsible for whole operations in Asia and have got deep knowledge in ports operations, quality control, contracts preparation, execution and support. I received additional practical experience in my own company as regards realization of green field Coal production and trading projects, which strengthened my personal skills further.

* Planning of all sales at Far East direction basis on availability on yearly, quarterly, or
monthly basis. Preparation of tender documents and participation in tenders. Participation in
direct negotiations with Buyers;
* Preparation and signing of Sales Contracts with Buyers, full support of contract performance
(hedging, delivery schedules, chartering of the vessel, loading instructions to Ports, control
over loading of the vessel, issuing of shipping documents and certificates, invoicing,
insurance, Letters of Credit payments negotiations, laytime calculations, claims settlement);
* Daily control over all operations concerning coal transshipment via Vostochny (3Mt), Maly

stockpiling/blending, cargo preparation/cleaning and loading instructions for vessels) and

control - $1.7 Billion in 2016.
* Quality control at various stages (mine, incoming control at loading ports, on the vessel, at
discharging port);
* Cash-flow planning and actualization on monthly/quarterly/annual basis;
* Support of International Trading contracts for coal purchased from Columbia, Australia and
Indonesia;
* Reporting to Top Management, Finance Department, internal and external auditors and OJSC SUEK;
Coordination and control over local offices in Asia (Japan, Korea, China, Indonesia, Taiwan,
