• Product line revenue and net margin for assigned product categories across all sales channels.
• Product roadmap including product lifecycle of current products, derivatives of existing products and definition of new products to support current and future plans.
• Drive new product development to achieve growth targets.
• Pricing strategy development and implementation across all sales channels.
• Competitive analysis of product categories including existing domestic companies and foreign competitors entering markets.
• Cost reduction initiatives including continuous improvements, product redesigns, and alternative sourcing.
• Develop marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand and support our sales growth.
• Customer interface via customer visits, field installations, training, etc.
• Support sales team and channel partners through the development of presentations, demonstrations, and other materials. Train the sales teams on the product lines. Develop remote demonstrations to support sales efforts. Support the development of proposal responses. If approved by the Sales Manager, attend sales meetings with customers to highlight solution value and perform system demonstrations to show the functional capability of the system.
