Implementation Activities
* Created & Maintained objects like Org Units, Jobs, Positions, Work center using Expert Mode
and Simple Maintenance and integrated all of these into the initial Enterprise Organizational
Structure.
* Maintained the Number Ranges for the Organizational Units and Positions.
* Assigned the Relationships among the OM objects.
* Configured Structures in HR including Enterprise Structures (Personnel Areas, Personnel
Sub-Areas) Personnel Structures (Employee Group, Employee sub-Group).
* Configured Info groups and Action types, like Hiring, Promotion, Transfer, Separation,
* Created Number Range Intervals for personal numbers using Feature NUMKR.
* Defined Payroll Areas and assigned relevant Period Parameters, Date Modifiers and created
Control Records and Generate the payroll periods.
* Check assignment of Pay Scale Structures and determine default for Pay Scale data Creation of
Enterprise Structure for Wage type model.
* Configured of Info types Basic pay (0008), Recurring payments and deductions (0014) &
additional payment (0015).
* Defined pay scale groupings for allowances and assign wage type model for pay scale grouping
for allowances.
* Created Public Holiday Calendars Various Personnel Subareas (Regional Wise).
* Defined Daily work Schedules, Break schedules and Period work schedules.
* Set up Personal sub-area and Employee sub-groupings for work schedules,
* Set up selection Rules and Day types for work schedule Rules.
* Configured Absences quotas and Set up absence Types.
