* Act as project delivery lead and be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, execution, and delivery of
sub project(s). Translate the sub-project/workstreams sub objectives into a meaningful implementation plan, taking
all aspects of the company direction.
* Run project preparation activities mobilizing local project teams, analyzing project scope, key requirements,
project risks and delivering detailed planning. Developing and implementing innovative approaches for project
management, to enhance professionalism in project preparation, planning and execution within our organization.
* Act as project point of contact for local BusOps management, and workstreams, ensure clear and impactful
communication with multiple levels of stakeholders and support associated change management efforts in in the

* Work with operations and product development teams during the product development lifecycle to help ensure
products are delivered on time.
* Tracking and monitoring all logistics and transportation spends. Manage logistics spend to achieve cost effective
delivery of goods.




* Develop and implement supply chain models for both new and future products, analyzing complex options and the
competitive landscape.
* CAPA - File, monitor, maintain, track, and follow-up. Creation, Implementation and management of KPIs.

* Liaise with relevant internal and external suppliers/departments to assist with implementation being achieved
effectively and on time.
