08/2021 everskill - from first prototype to leading a product team of 8
* Joined everskill before incorporation as employee #1. Led
development of the first prototype with a device-provider and built the
second app version from scratch myself
* Transitioned to in-house development and built a product team that I
led until 08/21. The team consisted of 6 developers and a UX
researcher
* Regularly worked with an external branding agency and a UI designer
* everskill helped more than 10,000 employees to successfully apply
learnings from soft-skill trainings into their day-to-day work
