Act as engagement lead and ambassador for different Heineken Countries and Central functions on the process of onboarding
them to the Central Data Platform solution. Align with business (C-Level) and local supporting partners the strategy and steps
for the onboarding and lead them during the complete project delivery until they became fully operational in the new data
platform. Gather requirements and define tasks and activities to the different partners that support the central data analytics
platform, working with several Agile and devops teams.
On the technical side support Heineken and the new central data platform by defining integration path from different source
solutions to the Heineken Central Analytic platform: a multilayer Analytic Solution implemented in Amazon Web Services
(AWS) using SAP HANA, SAP SLT/SDI replication technology, SAP BODS, SAP Data Intelligence, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Business
Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI and Qlik.

Onboarding for the following Countries, solutions, and Programs to the new central data platform:
* BASE Program
o Integration from JD Edwards and Navision ERPs.
o Define a framework for integration of Flat file information using SAP HANA XSC/XSA technology and further
implementation for several scenarios.
* Data Integration of different B2B Global Cloud platforms solution across different countries:
o Virto Cloud Solution (14 countries).
o DDE Cloud Solution (12 countries).
o SEM Cloud Solution (5 countries).
* Poland: Integration of SAP ERP data, Sales Force data and multiple B2B solutions data partners.
* Mexico:
o Migration of the on-premise BW system to the B1 Platform (Lift and shift).
o Integration for a Demand planning solution based on Advance Analytics.
* Indonesia and Greece:
o Integration of SAP ERP data.
o Integration of Local B2B solutions.




* Data Prime Program -> Extension of the Heineken new central data platform by adding full Microsoft Azure Stack and additional SAP

Carsol Europe is a subsidiary of Carsol Fruit, a FMCG company with an aggressive strategy to grow and consolidate the position of
fruit producer and supplier within Europe. I was contacted to make an evaluation of the current Reporting Solution and to provide
them with a proposal that includes roadmap and execution based on new business requirements from Europe and the
Headquarters in South America. The output included evaluation of a cloud solution (Amazon Web Services) vs. "on premise"
solution of SAP Business One running on HANA.
Sabbatical - (February 2015 - September 2015).
After my youngest son went through two surgeries we decided to spend some family time.

Responsible for all aspects of the Business Intelligence solution in Europe, including Finance Consolidation and Sales Planning. Main
achievements to support business grow goals (double revenue in 5 years):
* For the Web channel business (B2C): increase the capability for launching new campaigns and doing follow up activities by
using in-memory technology for data selections to support the CRM Segmentation processes (99 % time response improvement
in segmentation processes based on data selected from the Data Warehouse); Implement analytical capabilities for Product
Life Cycle Management and Marketing Permissions; Redesign of the CRM analytics for Campaign Management, Sales and
Marketing Activities as a consequence of adding and improving processes, adding new sources of data and fulfilling legal
requirements around customer data protection and latest EU Data Protection Regulations across Europe.
* For the Retail Business (B2C): implementation of analytical solution with daily sales targets derived from the Financial Budget
to allow a better daily and weekly data driven business decisions and follow up on the channel, serving also as a data foundation
for short (promotions and campaigns), mid (headcount, shifts) and long-term decisions (opening of new stores); also providing
full alignment of detailed retail data with P&L results and business and corporate goals.
* For the Dealer Business (B2B): support the deployment of the Dealer Portal across the European dealer network by
implementing analytics and metrics to monitor the Dealer portal usage and adoption; Improvements on the automated Sales
reporting solution based on positive business feedback and suggestions; Solution developed and implemented for capturing
and analyzing Sell-Through data to enable new sales and stock insights, support better and quick commercial decisions and
follow up for launching new products to the market, and facilitate stock optimization within the global and regional supply
chain.
* For the Finance area: Reduced by 80 % the time required for the Financial Month End Close in Europe by implementing standard
tooling, processes and architecture (SAP SEM-BCS). This solution was the foundation for the Global Finance Consolidation
process at corporate level (80 % of the BOSE worldwide finance consolidation is executed in Europe).
* Increase of the Business Intelligence footprint and adoption in Europe by 300 % (on active users) and 350 % (on passive users).
* Lead and coach a team of 7 FTEs (including onshore and offshore FTEs).
* Budget responsibility (Capex and Opex) > 1 Million Euros
* Implementation of defined Enterprise Data Warehouse Architecture following the SAP Layered Scalable Architecture
framework (LSA) and new reporting front-end tool (Business Objects 4.X).
* Proof of concept with new SAP Businesses Object tooling: SAP Dashboards, Web Intelligence, Explorer, Design Studio, Analysis

Main achievements:
* For the Dealer Business (B2B): increase YOY Sales figures toward end of the year of 40 % (3.5 % yearly sales increase) by
implementing an automated reporting solution that allows tracking Sales vs. Targets at Dealer level for the European Sales
Force. This also contributed to show a more professional attitude from the Sales Force towards the dealers and was also a
foundation for better tracking of dealer's situation together with optimization and cost reduction of dealer's visits (planning
and savings) and sales administration time.
* For the Web channel business (B2C): to support the launch of targeted Email Campaigns and follow up we implemented
analytics for Call Center and Customer Database grow, Email Response, Email Campaign, Campaigns results and Segmentation.
* For the Customer Service business: implement Repairs analytics to shorten the customer experience repair time end to end,
optimize costs of the repair processes and could spot production issues asap for better follow up after launching of new
products.
* For the Finance area: to have better capability to react and to speed up financial and commercial decisions and actions driven
by detailed data, we implemented Profit Center Analytics together with a solution to support the European Budget and Forecast
processes, providing a more detailed analytics and insights capabilities with costs vs. budgets and quarterly forecasts data
comparisons reports.
* 80 % improvement in time response of almost all the reporting areas by implementing SAP in-memory technology.
* After inputs from European Business (through Surveys) and alignment with corporate and regional Business and IT strategies,
define the European Strategy and Roadmap for the implementation of new BI tooling offering (data visualization and reporting)
and improve analytical performance.
* Lead and coach a team of 5 FTEs.
