Task description :
? Sales of membrane keyboards (own production) and HMI total input
solutions.
? Co-ordination of external sales group: 5 external salesman : 2 for
Germany, 1 for Great Britain, 1 for the Netherlands and 1 for France.
? Responsible for Belgium, Luxembourg and the rest of Europe (more
specific : distributors and agents even as Key Accounts).
? Active member of the general management.
? Responsible for the marketing plan together with de Marketing Manager.
Turnover:
? Total turnover of the company went up from 3.500.000 Euro to 4.750.000
Euro a year (own turnover : 2.500.000 Euro a year).
Some important realisations:
? Reorganisation of the total sales division.
? Implementation of ISO9002 and Balanced Score Cards in the sales
division.
? Redesign of the HMI of the PICANOL weaving machines.
