More than 6 years of project experience, In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, Project Management Office, project management, sub-project management, PMO of IT projects, most recently in Agile PM methodologies, Cross-industry technical understanding, Compilation of lessons learned and best practices from past projects, Sharing of information and experiences, Monitoring as well as compliance with contractual requirements, Data collection and control, Use of internal data for documentation and management, Task management of recurring and adhoc tasks, On-time management of approval processes, Formulation and preparation of decision documents, monitoring of project progress, assessment of project planning and feasibility, continuous communication and coordination within the team, preparation of minutes and technical and management presentations, preparation of project status reports for decision makers, recording of meeting results, coordination of workflows and processes, support of project managers, coordination of appointments, meetings and telephone conferences, organization as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings with the respective interfaces.
