- I am working as an SAP consultant since 2004 and have worked on many different projects helping companies automating and improving their logistics processes. Over the years I gained a lot of experience implementing SAP Logistic Execution and transportation (LE-TRA), SAP Warehouse Management (ERP-WM), Extended Warehouse Management (SCM-EWM) and SAP Material management (MM). Besides those, I am well experienced in implementing adjacent logistics modules of the SAP system like sales and distribution (SD), batch management (LO-BM), Yard management (YM).

I was part of the L3 EWM support team, supporting the customer in daily operations.
Essity
I Carried out the setup of the EWM outbound process for Essity rollout project and supported the implementation of whole S4 logistic process.
In addition, I was in charge of the design of the functional specifications of all custom developments for S4's logistics process.
Remote rollout
I Carried out the roll out of the logistics operation in Ecuador. The setup of the whole logistic process, import and local procurement process, export, transportation and inventory management. In additional, all documentation related to the Scrum methodology was delivered.
Implementation of the Intercompany stock transfer scenario with delivery between plant/company code from different countries into the same group.
Improvements Project.
SAP WMS Sr. Consultant for the raw and finished goods warehouse externalization project. Move of the physical warehouse to the new place and gathering of the whole storage layouts.

WMS Re-implementation Project.
I carried out the re-implementation of the WMS&LETRA module for the distribution center and the implementation of the whole new distribution center.
This project allowed me to achieve special mention from the client, for having obtained a considerable improvement in the delivery process, achieving 40% more deliveries, thus achieving a fill-rate of 96% of deliveries to the stores in a satisfactory way.
Implementation Project.
I carried out the implementation of the MM module with the AFS functionality. I helped the client to improve all logistics processes related to the production process (maquila) and distribution.
