In charge of the integration and coordination of all Logistics Modules SD, MM, WM, LE-TRA, PP in SAP and with all external systems:  POS, Local production portal, vendor’s portal and customer invoice and re-invoice portal.  All this as an extension of SAP functionality based on IDOCS and RFCs.

This 1500 branches, represented a mayor challenge due to continued organizational moves and restructures, mergers, splits, new processes, etc.

Go-life was on September the 28th, 2016 Since then supporting operations stabilization, monthly and annual end closing activities, audit process support and info analysis.

Right now, in a continuous improvement process while helping in performance improvement and process analytics, integration of new business processes and areas, legal requirements (CFDI 3.3 and 1.0), new SW tools, etc.
