Software Development: My experiences in software development extend from the assessment of demand for the acquisition of the catalog of requirements, the conceptual design and implementation of software systems, especially in the Java domain, to the delivery and launch of solutions for the customer. Furthermore, I have a deep understanding of software development processes as well as practical experience in the realization of individual steps of these processes and the counsel of customers.
Warehouse Management System: The design and development of enterprise resource planning and similar systems has given me a broader understanding of intra-logistic processes. Among these is not just the implementation of the business logic of procedure steps and process runs, i.e. in incoming and out-going goods, inspection of quality, and inventory, but interaction and communication with users of stationary and mobile devices.
IT Security: As a former IT-Security Agent in both sales and in technical support for security solutions I have a certain awareness for safety from the customer’s point of view, which is also useful in the conception and the use of applications.
Creating Impact: The willingness and the dedication to accomplish more enable me to work outcome-oriented, time-sensitive, and in the customer’s interest. This not only includes being qualified, communicative, and self-motivated, but succeeding in new challenges with the necessary eagerness to learn.
Corporate Management: Apart from the realization of creative solutions and the delivery of products in software development, the exchange of know-how and knowledge through training courses and mentoring; the identification of new opportunities to add value and the promotion of innovations through technical as well as organizational measures are all about corporate management. This allows me through active participation to collaborate in the analysis, planning, verbalization, and realization of strategies with company-wide effects.
