* Volkswagen: S/4 HANA Implementation for the Automobile giant.
* Part of the interface team which developed interfaces between S/4 HANA and Partner
Systems.
* As an offshore lead was responsible for technical design, development, quality reviews,
testing for self. Timely and quality delivery for the entire team in Agile way of
working.
Single point of contact from offshore team to onsite technical and functional team.
* Extensive hands on experience in SAP AIF - which is an interface management tool in SAP
(with Abap as the programming language).
* Developed complex solutions - e.g. Asynchronous Interface triggering Synchronous Web
Services.
* Training and grooming of team members who are new to SAP AIF and Abap to make them
productive for the project.
* Ensuring proper documentation in Confluence and knowledge sharing within the team.

* Euronics: Implementation of SAP Business Suite on HANA and Hybris
* Involved in design of all the PO interfaces between SAP and Hybris.
* Hands on SAP PO development and SAP development - using REST based adapters

* Edrington, Nordics: Managed the Edrington Nordics and US Roll Out project
This is Edrington rollout for Nordics region. The project involved extensive work in
interfaces.
* Day to day Client Interactions on the interface development.
* Hands-On PI development with EDI (B2B Adaptor), AS2, FTP/SFTP, FILE, IDOC, HCI(POCs)
* Coordination with the Firewall and Basis team for setup, error resolution and smooth
functioning.
* Reporting to the client and the top management on the interface status
* UAT and Cutover Testing Plan and Execution

* Siemens NW E: Managed SAP HANA Migration project
It is a migration from ECC6.0 EhP0 SP24 to ECC6.0 EhP7. My role involved de-risking the
project and involved working with teams from multiple locations - India, Spain, Poland and US.
* Understand the steps involved in the HANA migration (DMO, set up of backup systems,
Abap errors in DMO, Abap remediation, global transport imports etc.).
Communicate and discuss the plan with the team involved with day to day activities.
* Understand the risks involved and develop a risk mitigation plan
* Reporting to the top management on the project status, project margins, risks etc.


* Siemens eFMT: Cash management Roll Out
This was a SAP roll out project which involved implementation of the Cash module and I was the
project
manager for this project. The team was spread across India, Germany and US.
* Hands on development in Abap development.

* Was responsible for the scoping, resource management, budgeting, quality reports
* Budgeting of the activities involved and providing the actuals to the client
* Was responsible for maintaining cost margins in the project

* FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies U.S.A., Inc. - Roll Out
This was a SAP roll out project with teams working from multiple locations- US, UK and India.
It involved work primarily in ALE IDOCs and barcode printers.

* Siemens CIN
This was a SAP CIN implementation project.

* Volkswagen UK Roll Out
This was a SAP roll out project being handled from multiple locations - US, UK and India and
had
Warehouse Management as the key component.
* Offshore team lead - Abap, IM/3(interfaces)
* Development in Abap while maintaining stringent Quality Standards as per client
requirements

* Electrosteel Implementation
This was a local implementation project.

* Globe and Mail Upgrade
This was an upgrade project from SAP 4.6C version to ECC 6.0 version involving teams in India
and Canada.

* Tacoma City
This was a post upgrade support project.

* Siemens One P
This was an implementation project with teams in India, Germany and US.

Projects :

* BHP Billiton
This was a support project for the biggest mining company with a team size of 400 consultants.
And I was responsible for the Solution Manager team- BPM other than Abap.
This involved work at the client location in Singapore.

* Synergy, ISU
This was a ISU implementation project and I was the technical team lead from India.
The teams were spread across India and Australia.
