This is Edrington rollout for Nordics region. The project involved extensive work in
interfaces.

It is a migration from ECC6.0 EhP0 SP24 to ECC6.0 EhP7. My role involved de-risking the
project and involved working with teams from multiple locations - India, Spain, Poland and US.
* Understand the steps involved in the HANA migration (DMO, set up of backup systems,
Abap errors in DMO, Abap remediation, global transport imports etc.).
Communicate and discuss the plan with the team involved with day to day activities.
* Understand the risks involved and develop a risk mitigation plan
* Reporting to the top management on the project status, project margins, risks etc.
* Siemens eFMT: Cash management Roll Out
This was a SAP roll out project which involved implementation of the Cash module and I was the
project
manager for this project. The team was spread across India, Germany and US.

This was a SAP roll out project with teams working from multiple locations- US, UK and India.
It involved work primarily in ALE IDOCs and barcode printers.

Warehouse Management as the key component.
