A seasoned Business Psychologist (15+ years), Leadership Development Specialist and Psychometric practitioner with focus on instructional design of virtual learning and development solutions. My responsibilities include the instructional design of learning experiences for global organisations on topics including leadership, performance management, ethics, diversity & inclusion and culture transformation. I create training sessions and learning transfer tools that solve real-world people problems and change business performance. Focus includes co-designing with clients to ensure that the sessions target the right areas, speak their language and have the greatest impact in helping their people flourish at work.

A large proportion of my work includes helping leaders grow into the Digital Transformational Leader necessary to survive the fourth industrial revolution through diagnosis, design and delivery of leadership solutions to Fortune 500 companies. I have worked for large and boutique consultancies servicing a vast range of client industries and can therefore offer unique advice and robust support in aligning business strategies with people dynamics to ensure the right capabilities and mindset are in place to meet employee and company objectives.

Here are a few COVID-19 case studies of where i have helped FTSE 100 leaders tackle their people challenges FLEXIBLY and remotely through INTERACTIVE and ENGAGING virtual training:

1. Designed face-to-face and virtual training on the topic of PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT which was rolled out globally to hundreds of People Leaders.
2. Created e-learning 'Leading ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE'. Here managers explored the psychology behind change to effectively equip leaders with practical strategies and tools to deal with emotional reactions in employees.
3. Designed learning transfer tool with practical steps on how to integrate new skills to encourage the behaviour of asking for FEEDBACK and promoting self-directed CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.
4. Developed a virtual training session to help leaders prompt honest reflections on ETHICS across the business, rolled out to leaders globally.
5. Created virtual session to help managers understand the benefits of CAREER CONVERSATIONS with practical tools and strategies for guiding and supporting their team members.
