Responsible in the Commercial team for initiating and executing projects, and for management of technical and non-technical projects in support of business strategy, using traditional, hybrid and agile methodologies
Supported continuous improvement culture as Lean agent, including facilitation of and providing coaching for practical problem solving
Responsible for project related deadlines and meeting required quality assurance measures, minimizing project costs and risks, as well as effort and time accounting and project documentation
Project management responsibility for the following projects:
- Design and commissioning of a digital remote table inspection concept that improved efficiency by 30%
- Organizational leadership and coordination of the CFM56 engine repair cooperation between SR Technics, Zurich, and S7 Engineering in Moscow, a service providing "hospital" repairs and field assistance services in Russia and CIS territories. Project result: 300% increase in order volume in Russia and high level of customer satisfaction
- Creation of international support network with subcontractors, including review and negotiation of labour contracts, considering available and necessary resources, and monitoring and documenting project progress and costs
