Job responsibilities:
• Understanding the SOW’s and creating the outline for the response.
•Performing Gap analysis, preparing WBS, Compliance Matrix, and other reports like Data Calls, research reports, Case Studies etc.
• Review the solicitation document and develop proposal templates and responses and serve as the point of contact for compiling, formatting and submitting proposal documents.
•Qualifying the opportunities identified with the organization’s objectives and strategic goals.
• Working closely with Proposal/BD Manager in maintaining proposal component library (Structured repository of all proposals).
• Ensuring proper formatting & cleaning up of the proposal.
• Review/rewrite proposal inputs and coordinate with Technical team/PM to ensure accuracy.
• Have experience to develop proposals for IT staffing services and IT projects.
• Have experience to work with pre-sales and extensive experience in understanding of RFP documents.
• Populating Boilerplate content and the Functional requirements in the Proposal.
