Wipro team for all the new developments or enhancements to existing applications. The roles and
responsibilities for this project are listed below:
Responsibilities:
* Requirements gathering.
* Analyze the changes and provide the estimate for all the PI changes.
* Manage the complete project life cycle like design, build, testing, Go Live activities and
post deployment support activities for all the PI projects.
* Manage the team members at offshore
* Manage the onboarding for the new resources who joins the team
* Review all the key project deliverable documents like design document, testing documents, code
review documents, Go Live plans.

The BizTalk Transformation project was successfully implemented and the project was about
re-engineering or re architecting the existing integration applications which were implemented on
legacy platforms like BizTalk 2006 to latest platform like BizTalk 2013. The project also included
the migration of data centers from one location to another.
As part of the Transformation project, all the BizTalk applications were successfully implemented
using SOA architecture. The applications in the new platform were designed to be loosely coupled
which will minimize the impact on the source or destination applications whenever there is need to
upgrade the application. The BizTalk applications are developed using ESB 2.2 Toolkit.

Responsibilities:
* Redesign various existing applications in BizTalk Server 2006 to BizTalk Server 2013 by
leveraging Service Oriented Capabilities of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
* Ensure that the design follow technical standards and established architectural guidelines.
* Lead modules through all stages of the life cycle, including responsibility for requirements
clarification, design, development and acceptance testing.
* Work with different stake holders of the customer and own the responsibility to complete the
integration testing and user acceptance testing.
* Propose, design and build reusable components at enterprise level.
* Take proactive measures to fix all the issues during early stages of SDLC.
* Provide progress and status updates of the BizTalk Support project to management on daily
basis.
* Lead the team and maintain the agreed Service level agreement for each BizTalk
services/incidents in the tool.
* Automate the deployments by using the tools like BTDF and TFS deployer.
* Prepare the cut over plan for the applications going live in production.
* Provide the warranty support for the deployed applications post go live.
* Conduct KT sessions to the support team and share the knowledge of the application so that
they can seamlessly support the application in long run.

parent company. This project is due to business separation, as there was a requirement to set up the
PACT related BizTalk applications on a completely new BizTalk platform and build and deploy the
BizTalk interfaces to continue their business with the customer.
Responsibilities:
* Installing and configuring BizTalk Server 2006 R2 and SAP adapter on multiple servers (1+1).
* Building and developing BizTalk interfaces for different customers.
* Performing Unit and Connectivity testing.

upgraded from BizTalk 2004 to BizTalk 2010 environment.

For CSS R23 release, business has agreed to put a permanent fix for the recurring live service
issues which were related to CUE interface. CUE is a 3rd party vendor for RSA and must have latest
Motor Claims information in their DB for their processing. CCS sends the claim details to BizTalk
server which transforms the message to CUE format. There were 3 errors in the existing interface due
to which data in CCS was not matching with the data at CUE end. NCD status, total paid amount and
removal messages are the 3 errors which were fixed in R23 release.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for identifying the defects in the existing interface.
* Responsible for setting up meetings with Clients to get the budget approved for fixing the
defects.
* Responsible for analysis, design, implementation and deployment of code.
* Performed Unit Testing and Code Reviews.
* Used Visual Source Safe as version control tool.
