Post the successful implementation of the transformation project, the Corning business has engaged
Wipro team for all the new developments or enhancements to existing applications. The roles and
responsibilities for this project are listed below:
Responsibilities:
* Requirements gathering.
* Analyze the changes and provide the estimate for all the PI changes.
* Manage the complete project life cycle like design, build, testing, Go Live activities and
post deployment support activities for all the PI projects.
* Manage the team members at offshore
* Manage the onboarding for the new resources who joins the team
* Review all the key project deliverable documents like design document, testing documents, code
review documents, Go Live plans.
* Manage all the production deployment activities raising the change, getting all the necessary
approvals for the change, representing the change in CAB meetings.
* Conducting and managing Knowledge transition sessions to the BizTalk operations team.
* Tracking all the defects in the QC tools.
* Providing status update to the onshore teams at regular intervals
