Trace system "NeXtt" with the strategic aim to integrate all daughter's enterprises till the end of 2004 on a platform. This aim was reached

 

Business process analysis of the existing production processes in the Hub’s. Reverse engineering of the existing application

(moduls, scripts, PL/SQL-procedures, interfaces, DB-structure) as basis of the migration into the Data Warehouse.

 

Process analysis of the customer relationships with the international contracting partners. Coordination of the data exchange and integration of new partners.

Management of the " daily business " and the maintenance, control of the project team. Interface to  the external service providers.

Development of a migration concept of the existing application into “NeXtt” as a central international Track and Trace system
