It's was a startup within the affiliate marketing industry.
My task was to creative new, innovating ideas & concept and drive those ideas to finished digital
products. App. 6 months into production, the main investor (who is a friend of mine) got serious health
issues and the company had to shut down as a result of that.
What I've delivered: Draft of concept of Business Development, Digital Strategy,
Communications platform, Project Management, User-experience (User-stories, Userjourneys,
Wireframing), Functional specifications, Graphical design / Web design, SEO, SEM.

on the west coast of Sweden.
I had to handle everything from invitations to tender, sales, accounting and purchasing.
The job was very independent and diverse. It required that I was extremely stress-resistant, initiative
and a problem solver with sensitivity. I had to be all above plus manage to keep several balls in the air
while dealing with serious criminals, most often with gangs and substance abuse backgrounds. A very
exciting work in which social skills and knowledge of human nature was put to a head a head on a daily
basis.
