In Salesforce, I was part of Lead Opportunity Management (LOM) team which comes under sales &
revenue domain. In LOM, Our scope is to work on requirement that comes our way in opportunity space
for each sprint. As part of that, I used to work on activities such as account creation with
salesforce (SF) team on it, opportunity creation with new business/add on record type & Indian
currency along with US, reflecting the SF team on account on to opportunity by running oppty team
process, opportunity team changes like opportunity owner change, opportunity team member change,
adding a member to oppty team, editing a member present in oppty team, deleting or endating a member
from oppty team etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Performing analysis of business requirements by going through BRD and writing the test cases
for the same
* Involved in developing Automation Scripts using Java and Selenium
* Executing and updating the automated scripts based on the changes in the functionality
* Estimating the efforts for automating testing requirements
* Developing Automation regression scenarios with end-to-end business process coverage and
performing regression testing
* Attending the Agile scrum stand up calls, Retrospective meetings, Planning meetings
* Involved in Code merging activities
* Performed Automation Test framework changes based on new changes in the End to End scenarios
* Build and run Smoke, Regression automation scenarios using Maven and Jenkins
* Maintaining the code in central repository (GIT)
* Involved in different types of testing such as End to End, Sanity, Individual & Bulk Testing
* Good Experience in interacting with clients
* Participated in Defect triage meetings with On-Site & Offshore Team
* Publishing daily and weekly status reports
