Responsibilitie in support

• Analyzed and corrected production support problems as they occur in the SAP BW system.
• Monitoring of Info packages and analyzing the reasons for frequent failures of Info packages.
• Maintaining Reconciliation's to verify the data in SAP R3 and SAP BW are same or not after the data loads.
• Monitoring all the hourly, daily, weekly, monthly jobs in the system and Also fixing the failures in the given time lines.
• Maintaining the queue related to the system generated tickets and customer generated tickets.
• Involved in enhancing the data sources based on reporting requirements.
• To communicate with the customer who posted the Ticket.
• Daily monitoring of Info cubes and ODS object requests.
• Handling various tickets(Using SM7 tool) which are raised in order to keep the system updated and error free
• Interacting with Client and Onsite coordinators on daily basis about different issues.
• Raising ticket for the failure and notifying Client about the failures/fixes.
• Involved in escalating high-prioritized tickets regarding extractions, Performance Issues and also load failure

Responsibilities in Implementation
• Modeling and creating BI objects like info objects, DSOs, info cubes, and multiproviders.
• Creating and managing data flow using DTPs, transformations and info packages.
• Creating real-time Daemons to automate the dataflow and to avail real-time data (RDA).
• Used Direct update ODS to load the data directly by the users using an interface.
• Involved in writing start routines and characteristic routines as per the given logic.
• Created Info packages for Flat file loads and file names will be recognized based on routine.
• Maintaining Reconciliation‘s to verify the data in SAP R/3 and SAP BI.
• Enhanced the master data in data source (0EMPLOYEE_ATTR) and populated the data to the new fields by writing logic in CMOD.
• Involved in mapping of info source with the Data targets using update rules while extracting data from External source system (Informatica).
• Loaded Data into the ODS Object before updating to the Info Cube.
• Developed event driven process chains for the current data loads and also for the Historical loads.
• Included ABAP process step to raise success and failure files after completion of load steps.
• Developed Generic extractors to extract R/3 data from database tables.
• Maintained technical design documents for the Developed objects.

• Implemented data extraction and data staging using LO cockpit (SD & MM modules).
• Created various reports using variables, filters, restricted key figures, calculated key figures and free characteristics as per user requirement.
