Project goal was to develop an app for pupils to introduce them to trades and crafts and find suitable apprenticeships and internships - an Android and iOS app was developed and released.
- My task was to create the general conditions for the project, the adherence to the project budget, putting together a team, selecting the software, concept, development and design of the app. Furthermore I analysed and adjusted the user experience and the user interface in surveys and tests. The goal was to go live with the app for students in Android and iOS. In an iterative process, a user-centred app was developed that was quickly accepted by the students.Tests were carried out via quant ux and the heat maps and user journeys were analysed.
- As a designer I have created a design guideline and information architecture as well as all icons in Illustrator. With Photoshop images, fonts, buttons and logos edited and developed. A responsive mock up were created in Mockflow, Adobe XD and Figma furthermore occasional adjustments with HTML and CSS.
I naturally represented the interests of the client, kept the product backlog, monitored progress and observed the market. The framework Scrum was used.
My role was the Product Owner as well as the designer in the development team.
