Melisa A. Varela is my name and I am an editor and proofreader graduated from the Eduardo Mallea Institute in 2018. I am in constant training with excellent teachers and, in addition, I am a writer of shorts and fictionals stories published on the website called Wattpad. One of my creations won the short story contest organized by the Dunken publishing house in 2016 and I currently collaborate with a publisher as a reader to write reviews (ad honorem).
In adittion, I have experience in customer service at a hotel reception for almost a year, I worked in Big Sky Resort, Montana, USA and as a Busser too, I can perfectly manage conversations with customers, telephone and face-to-face. Currently, I am working at an international emergency line, so I can deal with complaints and doubts from clients/patients aswell. Patience and focus on problem solving are crucial.
