Italian Translator

Since 2007, I have been working in the Tourist Information Office of my town where I have had the chance to deal with people from all over the world and work in a youth, dynamic and multicultural environment.

Here, I have been working as front-office and back-office assistant, by providing in different languages tourist information about the territory and the local tourist attractions and by editing and translating the local tourism website contents, the monthly newsletters, tourist brochures and different volumes by the Municipality.

In the past years I have collaborated also as volunteer translator with some European online megazines, such as CaféBabel and EuroAlternatives, by translating articles and news from English and Spanish into Italian.

I have also collaborated with the editorial staff of the European School of Translation by writing some articles about language and translation.

Today I manage my own blog about translation and I try to increase my competences as translator by attending different translation courses and workshops.
