  • Responsible for implementation and creating Service Design (SD) process & documentation. All services designed pushed through PLM process for Quality Assurance and process maturity model in accordance to ITIL framework.
  • Solely responsible to drive Service Implementation, Transition to service providers, Operational outsourcing to offshore teams and review continuous service improvement phases end to end.
E-commerce Architect for One-web project focused on core business of Allianz Group. This project was stated as a pilot from digitalization perspective of Allianz Insurance business. Developed on Java Spring technology with B2C emphasis.
