Leading a two-pronged Enterprise Architecture effort, an organisational re-design of the Enterprise Architecture function in accordance with GDS DDAT guidelines and also setting in place a Capability Maturity initiative to identify opportunities to mature and delivering a programme of works to enhance capability through level 3 to level 4 remediation works and generation of key Enterprise Architecture collateral.
