Daily updates to project manager, and daily stand-up call to brief project manager on previous day’s work, and discuss the days schedule and how to improve on the previous day’s performance.  Interfacing with customers to conduct analysis, develop appropriate schedules, and determine design requirements.  Project planning, resource allocation and monitoring, estimating and budget managing. Project communications, checkpoints, meetings, project board meetings, and communications. 
I previously gained excellent knowledge and experience through working as a client refresh transformation HP Team Lead for PC refresh and OS upgrade on more than 12,000 machines in a very complex busy hospital environment during Windows XP, to Windows 7 rollout.   
I have the ability to work under the directions of the Project head to coordinate the IT team and to delegate responsibilities to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
