A time-lapse of my professional experience would have to start with the many years spent volunteering at EESTEC Bucharest technical students’ NGO which, among the many important and invaluable roles it played, was the strongest possible catalyst for understanding myself, people and life.
Working in Graphics Design, throughout my EESTEC years as well as at my job, I’ve gained very good graphics skills, but also greatly evolved my imagination, a key aspect in all future endeavors. Later, as a C# Programmer and IT Administrator, I had the chance to put into practice my technical skills, having to find, implement and manage IT solutions for all employer’s needs.
An opportunity arose in 2009 and I was able to start my own company. This took me through a wild roller-coaster ride, where I had to learn from scratch the many different things needed to conceive, create and implement the business logic, IT architecture and infrastructure, marketing strategy, support methodology as well as all other managerial aspects of running a company and our video games software digital distribution platform www.playinjector.com. All work on this project was done remotely, in a cross-country team.
My experience in IBM started in 2014 as Support Specialist, my current position within the project is Infrastructure Specialist for Vodafone’s Online Systems where I also hold the role of Domain Leader, managing the Support and Operations team responsible for the smooth operation of Vodafone Romania’s official website and mobile application.
